Jessner Peels

We offer patients the Jessner's Peel, used around the world for over 50 years and considered the classic combination formulation. This peel helps clear, fade and prevent acne lesions, ingrown hairs and associated post inflammatory hyperpigmentation of both these chronic conditions.

Jessner's Peels are a formulation of several skin improving acids, including lactic acid, salicylic acid and resorcinol. Jessner's Peels are used especially to lighten pigment and refine and tighten pores. The salicylic acid penetrates facial oil in a way that other chemical peels do not. This makes it an especially effective peel for those who have chronic acne and enlarged pores. Superficial Jessner Peels penetrate more deeply than superficial glycolic peels but not as deeply as TCA.
